We can now reveal a little more about our upcoming board and resident portal, which will strengthen the collaboration between DEAS and our associations and make life easier and faster for you as residents and board members.
Our new digital community platform, uHabi, includes all features for both residents and boards with a focus on self-service and community. Eventually, uHabi will become a complete digital tool for the board and a 24/7 self-service and communication platform for the residents in the association.
With the portal, communication between residents, board members, caretakers, and administrators will become easier and faster. uHabi is also integrated with DEAS' administration system, ensuring an always up-to-date working and communication platform.
uHabi will become the residents' primary access to information, self-service, and communication with the board and administrator. For residents, the initial version of the portal will include:
Profile: Including basic data, bank information, and consent details.
Housing information: Including basic data and residents' details.
Financial information for the property, including billing, notifications, consumption, and laundry.
Documents: Such as meeting minutes, articles of association, budgets, financial statements, meeting notices, and proposals.
"Frequently Asked Questions" section, guides, etc.

Self-service options with the ability to submit applications, create tasks for the administration, file complaints about a neighbor, and handle share transfers and valuations.
In the future, residents will access the portal using their MitID login (a secure digital login in Denmark).
